Girls(Re)Build Together
The devastating Los Angeles fires have deeply touched all of our hearts, impacting many of our teams, schools, and staff, keeping them heavy in our thoughts and prayers.
But beyond thoughts and prayers, there’s also action.
In these trying times, our students have shown that they are prepared for moments like this, activating their communities to effect social change and become leaders in their communities. Our students are resilient, creative, and compassionate. Together, we will inspire them to lead the charge to restore hope and rebuild together, creating and shaping the future they deserve.
This year’s summit will focus on rebuilding communities one girl at a time on April 23rd, 2025.
It will include panel discussions focused on the intersection of leadership in a crisis and community well being with a special highlight on impacted GirlsBuild teams and a keynote address focusing on resiliency and female empowerment.

Celebrating 10 Years of Female Empowerment
The 2025 GirlsBuild Summit marks 10 years of our mission to empower young women to become leaders and inspire change. Since starting in 2014 as an initiative of the LA Promise Fund, GirlsBuild has quickly established itself as one of the most impactful female youth initiatives of our time.
The GirlsBuild Summit is an interactive experience designed to ENGAGE, INSPIRE, and EMPOWER over 6,000 girls of color from middle schools and high schools nationwide. We bring girls together with today's most powerful leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and change-makers to tackle the critical issues that shape the lives of our girls and our communities.

This year’s GirlsBuild Summit marks a decade of empowering young women across the nation. The event will feature inspiring keynote speakers and dynamic panels, along with the HelloFuture Career & College Expo, designed to spark interest in STEAM fields. With hands-on learning activities led by leading organizations and companies, this is a can’t-miss opportunity to inspire and empower the next generation of female leaders!
