Good Morning Coordinators! We're days away from hitting our first evaluation checkpoint of the year, as well as the priority deadline for submitting funding paperwork. Here are the upcoming deadlines: 1. Complete Coordinator Grant Agreement Survey + DocuSign Forms Deadline: Friday, December 13th for payment to be processed + sent by December. Complete this survey to indicate whether you'd like to have your Coordinator Grant ($1200/$600) sent to you directly or to your school/organization. DocuSign envelopes will be sent once your response is received. 2. Complete Team Grant Agreement + W9 Forms Deadline: Friday, December 13th for payment to be processed + sent by December. All grant forms, including team grant agreements, coordinator grant agreements, and any requested W9 forms must be submitted by this Friday. Otherwise, funding will be processed in mid-January. 3. Submit Planning Phase Materials for Checkpoint #1: Deadline: December 15, 2019 This marks the official end of your planning phase. At this point, we do NOT expect your website or social media accounts to be perfect in any way. Rather, we look to make sure these components are established in preparation for the implementation phase coming in the new year. If your school has more than one site coordinator, please have one coordinator fill out ONE form. We will review your projects and email feedback as you return from winter break.
