How Do You Know Your Project is Working?
Looking for inspiration? Check out our webinar "How do I know my project is working?" presented last year by Alex Nicholson. Click here to watch the webinar and download the file from our site.

A team asked: There is a heated argument between team members about which design to choose for our event. How do we resolve this?
We have some ideas, but want to hear from you. Think about the answer as a team or respond on your own
Share your thoughts here and ask any questions.
We will share some suggestions in next week’s newsletter.

Team Shout-outs:
Kudos to Diego Rivera Learning Complex for a successful Self-Affirmation Campaign. During November and December, the school bathrooms displayed positive messages in stalls and around mirrors to remind students that they are smart, loved, confident, joyful, friendly, pure, honest, original, strong, fun and/or unique.

Kudos to John Muir Middle School's Team E.Y.T. (Empowering the Youth of Tomorrow) for presenting their community safety project at the Harvard Park Safe Passages Collaborative.  They had the opportunity to share the excitement of their team's work with several community-based groups including Officers Clark and Sanchez from the 77th Division Precinct as well as with Saul Garcia from an organization called Urban Peace.  Both have agreed to provide support to the team in order to make the plan that's on paper become a reality.

Kudos to NamasteCalm to from Ramon C Cortines School of Visual and Performing Arts for sharing helpful mindfulness exercises and being an open ear for anyone looking to talk

Did we miss you? We want to celebrate with you! Send us an email about your recent accomplishments and we will shout you out as well! Let’s celebrate our successes and share with each other.
