Fiahna CabanaFiahna is passionate about connecting entrepreneurs and social innovators to the resources they need to take their ideas from impact to scale. In her current role, she manages a variety of high priority projects for various departments at the City of Long Beach.
Prior to her current role, Fiahna coordinated programming and events for early-stage entrepreneurs at Grid110, a startup accelerator in Downtown Los Angeles in partnership with the Office of LA Mayor Eric Garcetti. Before that, she managed strategic partnerships and clinical research on wearable devices at the University of California, San Francisco's Center for Digital Health Innovation. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Santa Clara University. Outside of work, you can find her: running, hiking, traveling, or exploring the Los Angeles art scene. Fiahna's strengths: I have worked in various industries in very different capacities, which has allowed allowed me to build my toolkit of skills and resources. I am most excited to share with the teams my experience as well as the *free* tools I've used across finance, marketing, operations, strategic partnerships, and event management. |
