Importantly, this challenge is to help make your team media savvy and effective communicators by using social media as an outlet to communicate social good.
Send us your social media handles so we can all start following each other. Remember to include your school name and link to website in your description as this is how you can build identity and brand. Lastly, start to follow organizations that will also help highlight and elevate your message!

- You can also repost past videos - here is an example of a team video from Animo Watts and Manual Arts.
- Videos should not be more than one minute - short and sweet is best.
- We can’t keep up with Snapchat but encourage you to save and post those videos on your website.

- Find a tweet in your Twitter stream that looks like it would be valuable to others. Check out what it offers. If you find it valuable, retweet it to your followers, adding your own appropriate comment, hashtags and tagging others [only] if it will be of particular value to them.
- Here is a great beginners video and explanation about how to retweet and add a value-added comment to your PLN (professional learning network).

- Remember, every image you post will require media release forms. You are welcome to use ours (English and Spanish). Check to see if your school already has students sign media release forms as part of the back to school welcome packet.
