Time: 5pm - 7pm (set-up starts at 4:30pm)
4:30pm - 5pm: Set-up
5pm - 6pm: Expo
6pm - 7pm: Program and Awards
Location: University of Southern California, Ronald Tutor Center (Campus Center), 3607 Trousdale Parkway, Los Angeles, CA 90089.

Attendance: Teams can bring up to 10 people including coordinators and chaperones.
What to bring: The materials you bring are for your table to show off your work to the other teams, it is not a formal presentation or competitive. Some ideas include: props, tablets, poster boards, artifacts, etc. You can be creative with this! A round table and chairs will be provided for each team. If you have team merch/swag, you can bring some and exchange with other teams if you'd like!
Transportation: All schools must book their own transportation.

- Teams can book their bus for this event. We will reimburse up to $400.
- Teams can also rent a van and we will reimburse up to $400.
- If you wish to drive to the Expo, we will reimburse you for the cost of parking (which is $12).
- You may also take public transportation if this is easiest for you.
Pick-up and Drop-off:
- Buses and large vehicles may drop-off on Jefferson and Hoover Metro stop.
- No staging is allowed, only drop-off and pick-ups.
